As a result of Law 1819 of 2016, beginning in 2017, Colombians must declare their income under new parameters established in the recent legislation. In this context, the Public Accounting Faculty offered a course- workshop to explain how to prepare individual income tax returns.
Externadista Public Accounting Faculty: “Much more than 50 years of presence in Colombia”
The Public Accounting Faculty will hold a course-workshop on various aspects of Individual Income Tax Returns. During the workshop, participants will examine, in a practical manner, the different systems for determining the taxable basis of income, under laws 1607 / 2012 and 1739 of 2014, and how, starting in 2017, taxes must be reported according to the parameters established by Law 1819 of 2016.
This time, the focus will be the ethics of the public accountant in the face of corruption. The meeting will be held Thursday, April 27, 2017.
On April 27, 2017, the Externado Public Accounting Faculty will hold the first meeting of national and international speakers to discuss challenges in this field.
With the goal to promote the practice of ethical values in future public accountants, the Externado will be the headquarters of the fifth version of the Itinerant Ethics Chair, a project born from the Fiscal Audit training network.
