Certification in Specialized Research Software
The Social and Human Sciences Faculty Interdisciplinary Science and Human Processes Laboratory (LINCIPH) invites the Externadista community to take part in this program.
The Specialization aims to update participants in the management of specialized avant-garde technological investigative software to identify, incorporate, and the use of processing and analysis programs according to the different studies’ requirements.
In light of the above, the “doings” of a researcher involves expertise in several languages providing more robust analysis which, in a certain way, guarantee the publishing in high impact journals. The specialized software covered in the program is Python, R, Matlab, SPSS, Observer XT, NVIVO, and AtlasTI.
Dates and times:
Face to face: Tuesdays and Thursdays – 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Virtual: 5 hours per week.
