The book collects testimonies of individuals deprived of freedom as an exercise in freedom and human dignity vindication within the framework of the “Literary Gathering” project, led by Externado de Colombia University professors, the Pazospherea Foundation, and the Fahrenheit 451 organization.
The meeting was convened by several institutions, including the Autonomous University of Guerrero, the Latin American Network of Subnational Studies (RELADES), and the International Institute for Advanced Political Studies.
The Criminal Policy Research Center, with the support of the United Nations Latin American Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders – ILANUD – invites the academic community to the International Congress: Legal Pluralism, human rights, and criminal policy critical perspectives.
