As stated by the author of the course, this MOOC offers the tools to learn about the journalistic work of Gabriel García Márquez – to whom, on several occasions, we refer to as Gabo – and his worldwide influence on the profession. His influence, due not only to the transcendence of his character, his technique, and his example but also for the creation of journalistic enterprises and the Gabriel García Márquez Foundation for the New Ibero-American Journalism (FNPI), with international impact.
The course is free of charge. However, the official certificate, issued by the University, will incur a cost.
