Bienestar Universitario invites the Externadista community to participate in the activities scheduled from October 19 to 23.
Passionate about chess?
Don’t miss the chess simultaneous, where you will be able to compete with a master of international stature. Our guest will be playing with around 25 to 30 students, going through each one’s board and demonstrating their best moves.

Ride, indoor cycling
From home you can also enjoy the sports week, with a guided Ride class. In this virtual activity, you can take an indoor cycling class guided by a professional, with different intensities, accompanied by music and lots of fun. For the class, it is necessary to have a spinning bike or a conventional bike with a roller.

E-sports Tournament
Virtual sports are becoming more and more popular and a very good alternative for those who want to participate in our activities from home. We have scheduled 5 tournaments, with registrations of 40 players for each one, in mixed category, with prizes for the first 3 places in each game:
1. Fortnite: This tournament can be played from different platforms (smartphones, computers, consoles (XBOX or Play Station).
2. FIFA 21: Targeted to students with Xbox One, one console and X/S Series
3. FIFA 21: Aimed at students with a Play Station 4 console.
4. Mario Kart Tour: Aimed at students with smartphones
5. Call of Duty: Targeting students with smartphones

Tennis Tournament
For those interested in tennis, we will have an individual championship in the female and male categories. From Tuesday, October 19 to Saturday, October 23, during the hours of the field tennis class, at the courts of El Alcazar.

Climb the stairs of 12th Street in the shortest time possible, in the men’s and women’s categories.

In this activity you will find a wall that is specially designed so that, by means of special equipment, you can climb.

Jump fit class
In this class, you will have the opportunity to exercise by jumping on a trampoline, in an intervallic cardiovascular workout.

Kangoo jumps class
This class is an exercise that is performed with bouncing boots, it is an intense physical activity, but at the same time very entertaining, you can have fun, strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and burn a lot of calories.

On Saturday 23rd we will have several activities at El Alcazar for you to enjoy with your friends and colleagues:
Bossaball
It is a new sport that mixes elements of soccer, volleyball and gymnastics. It is played in mixed teams of 4 or 5 people on an inflatable surface, where the objective is to score in the opponent’s field as in volleyball.

Golf clinic
In this activity the basic fundamentals of golf will be explained in a theoretical-practical way and you will learn how to perform basic golf shots or golf swing.
Hours: 12:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
A little more adrenaline!
We invite you to assemble your team and enjoy a Paintball game where you can have fun, run and plan a strategy with your group to beat the opponent.
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Have you ever heard of bubble soccer?
This is undoubtedly a very entertaining activity, since it is about playing soccer, with an extra component, and that is that each player will be inside a bubble that covers the upper part of the body, where the objective will be to score a goal in the opponent’s goal.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Don’t miss the karting tournament!
You will be able to enjoy the experience of driving karts on a speed circuit and show your skills in a tournament for both male and female categories.
