The University Well-Being Department will have new headquarters in 2019
The Department is now located at Calle 12 # 0-07 Este, the former CIPE site, and connects with Solar I.
The University Well-Being Department’s goal is to promote students’ integral education through sports and cultural activities, provide guidance and support, and develop socio-economic promotion initiatives, directed to the University community.
This year, the Department administrative office moved to Calle 12 # 0-07 Este (where the Center for Research and Special Projects – CIPE – used to be). The new site allows welcoming users under a top environment and facilitates the operation of all the Department services offered to the Externadista community.
By having a direct physical connection between the Well-Being administrative area and the Solar I, students may obtain services in one place. There, they can get information and resolve any concerns regarding guidance and counseling, student groups, festivals, lost and found property, and medical disabilities. Additionally, students may enjoy the lounge area, practice and/or participate in sports and cultural classes, borrow instruments, board games, and Xbox.
On the other hand, the CIPE will now be located at the Finance, Government and International Relations Graduate Programs Office, Calle 12 # 0-40.
