Get to Know the Digital Resources and E-Books of the Universities of Los Andes, del Rosario, and del Norte

Did you know that the Externado community has access to the electronic book collections published by the Los Andes, del Rosario, and del Norte Universities publishing companies? We invite you to get to know how to use those tools.

These institutions have made available the e-books published by their publishing companies to the students, and teacher-researchers of our alma mater. Our community can benefit from accessing approximately 1,000 digital books thanks to an alliance between publishing companies and university libraries.

Each book contains a brief presentation as well as the option of sharing it through social media such as WhatsApp and Twitter. It is compatible with desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablet computers; and set on the iOS and Android operating systems.

The navigation tool is user friendly and intuitive, making it easy to read the books online without downloading them. Upon obtaining the search results, the user can access immediately the main e-book metadata: a brief description, author, and publication registration (ISBN) information. This allows for the contents to be reviewed quickly.

We invite the Universidad Externado de Colombia community to explore these databases that are available, as part of the Library’s digital collection, for their investigation processes.
