The Externado will be present at the 2020 ANATO Tourism Showcase

Every year, the event brings together national and international tourism, hospitality, and travel industry entrepreneurs.

The 39th ANATO (Colombian Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies) Tourism Showcase will be held at Corferias, February 26-28, 2020.

This year, the guest of honor country is Peru, and the national destination is Villavicencio.

To continue promoting the growth of tourism in Colombia and be part of it, the Externado Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Faculty will be present at this important event, with a stand located in the Gran Salón Óscar Pérez Gutiérrez (Pavilions 11 to 16) (502), to introduce its portfolio of postgraduate, continuing education, and consulting programs, as well as the latest publications in the field.

The ANATO Tourist Showcase is positioned as a key scenario for the promotion of Tourism.

Within the framework of the event, the Faculty will introduce its new Master’s in “Management and Innovation of Events and Gastronomy” Program at connector rooms 2 and 3, South connector of the Gran Salón Oscar Pérez Gutiérrez (2nd floor, over pavilions 11 and 12).

The event features participation by Juan Manuel Barrientos Valencia, renowned Colombian entrepreneur and chef, businessman and peace leader, creator and founder of the restaurant chain El Cielo (Medellín, Bogotá, and Miami). In his conference, he will share his particular business vision, talk about his success as an entrepreneur, and his philanthropic experience at the El Cielo Foundation.
