*   **Sesión 1:**  
    **Creatividad**  
    Creativity is one of the critical components of an organization’s ability to survive and thrive in today’s competitive and dynamic markets. Managing creativity is essential to achieve important organisational outcomes, such as innovation, growth, and success. As creativity is an important source of competitive advantage, organizations are increasingly seeking to foster it.
*   **Sesión 2**  
    **Effectuation**  
    Entrepreneurial thinking has captured the imagination of academics and practitioners in the last decades. In this seminar, we will explore the process of effectuation through an experiential exercise in order to discover how entrepreneurship think and how these processes can be applied to the various kinds of organizations.
*   **Sesión 3**  
    **Nuevos modelos de negocio**  
    During this seminar, new business models in the creative industries will be presented and discussed. Elements of business model design and lean start-up method will be introduced to analyse the illustrated business models and provide a learning framework.
*   **Sesión 4**  
    **Negocios creativos usando transformación digital**  
    Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning are transforming many sectors such as cinema, consulting, retail and even banking. Find out from concrete examples how artificial intelligence can offer new opportunities in terms of distribution channels, personalization, to avoid failures or create new business models.
